  • 1 apple
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • Juice or blend with water. Fresh made apple juice with celery is another good way to get your child to eat celery and an excellent way to cut the sugar from straight apple juice.

  • Juice the watermelon with the rind and seeds.
  • Dilute 1 part watermelon juice to 2 parts water

  • 4 tablets of Super Blue Green Algae (optional but makes a huge difference)
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 Tablespoons of Flax Oil
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • In a blender blend until smooth be sure to pit the dates the pits will break your blender.

Passionate Peach Smoothie

  • 1 Peach
  • 2 Honey Dates pitted
  • 4 tablets of Super Blue Green Algae
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 - 2 Tablespoons of Flax Oil
  • In a blender blend until smooth.

High Calcium Chocolate Shake

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 cup soaked sprouted Brown Sesame Seeds
