- Fruits should be
eaten alone, unless blended.
- Drink vegetable or
fruit juices at least 30 minutes before a meal,
consume the food that digests the quickest first.
- Eat only one
concentrated protein food or starch at a meal.
Avoid eating protein and starch together. Here we
have: meat and potatoes, fish and rice, tuna
sandwich, pizza, milk and cereal. But this is the
American way you say, yes, and look at our health
records.

- Avoid drinking
liquids that are too cold (right out of the
refrigerator) or too hot (close to the boiling
point). This is stressful to the digestive
system, and uses unnecessary enzymes.
