Banana Coconut

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup coconut (fresh or soaked raw shredded coconut)
  • Blend until smooth. This has a sweet banana taste add 1/4 cup more coconut for more of a coconut taste. Serve as a pudding or freeze in ice cube trays for ice cream.

Banana Coconut Celery

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut (fresh or soaked raw shredded coconut)
  • 1/2 stalk of celery
  • 2 Tablespoons soaked sunflower seeds
  • Blend until smooth strain if you like. This is an excellent way to introduce greens to your baby.

EZ Pudding

  • 1 1/2 cups soaked dates
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1/2 cup carob powder
  • Soak dates in water or orange juice to soften.
  • Blend ingredients together until smooth.

  • Coconut meat of 2-3 jelly coconut (2 cups)
  • 1 cup soaked raisins
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cups dates
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon or to taste
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

Spinach Coconut

  • 1 cup spinach (medium packed)
  • 1/2 cup coconut meat (fresh or soaked raw shredded coconut)
  • 3 Tablespoons coconut milk or soak water from the shredded coconut
  • pinch of Celtic Sea salt.
  • Blend until smooth in a food processor using the "s" blade or a baby food grinder. Strain if you wish.

Orange and Walnut Sauce

  • 1/2 cup soaked walnuts (12-24 hours)
  • change the water several times to get rid of the acid
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Process walnuts in a food processor using the "s" blade. Add orange juice and blend until creamy. Sweet sauces can be a pudding or a topping for fruit.

Orange Carob Pudding

  • 2 cups orange

  • 2 tsp. carob
  • Blend in a food processor using the "s" blade until smooth then strain.

Quick and Easy Apple Pie/Apple Sauce

  • 2 apples (chopped or blended)
  • 2 tablespoons of flax oil
  • 1 tsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • Blend apples for applesauce or leave chunky for those who would like to chew. You will not believe how delicious simple recipe is until you try it.

Banana Avocado Pudding

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • Blend until smooth.

Creamy Apple Sauce

  • 2 apples
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup of almonds
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • cinnamon and nutmeg (optional)
  • Cover raisins with filtered water for 1 hour. Blend raisins soak water almonds and apples until smooth.
  • Sprinkle on spices

  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • Filtered water for soaking.

Mango Pudding

  • 4 ripe mangoes
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 4 soaked and pitted dates
  • filtered water
  • Pit the dates cover with filtered water soak for 1 hour.
  • Blend dates and soak water until smooth. Peel and pit the mangoes.
  • Blend mangoes and bananas in a food processor using the "s" blade until smooth. Garnish with shredded coconut (optional)

Apricot Quinoa

Macadamia nut Cream

  • 2 cups macadamia nuts
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 1/4 cups filtered water
  • Blend in a blender until smooth. Use this delicious topping for fruit pies or blend with fruit or vegetables for pudding.

As you can see by picking a fruit and adding a fat source (avocado or nuts) you have what baby wants sweet and creamy. Eat all you want please remember raw fat contains enzymes that digest saturated fat clogging up your arteries and laying on your thighs and hips. If you want to lose weight eat your baby's food. How can your baby gain weight while you lose it? It is the miracle of the body.
