Banana Coconut
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup coconut
(fresh or soaked raw shredded coconut)
- Blend until
smooth. This has a sweet banana taste add 1/4 cup
more coconut for more of a coconut taste. Serve
as a pudding or freeze in ice cube trays for ice
cream.

and Walnut Sauce

walnuts (12-24 hours)

can see by picking a fruit and adding a fat source
(avocado or nuts) you have what baby wants sweet and
creamy. Eat all you want please remember raw fat contains
enzymes that digest saturated fat clogging up your
arteries and laying on your thighs and hips. If you want
to lose weight eat your baby's food. How can your baby
